BBC1 HD glitching

Has anyone experienced frequent glitching on BBC1HD and ITV HD on VM (nearly every 10mins or so). Other channels, like sports and movies, run fine. Also, some +1 channels are not showing

Any ideas guys and what the problem might be, as I'm not familiar with VM on the H2H
 
Not my setup buddy, but Net Id is correct and cable seems fine when I had a look at it.
He's using Biohead image.
