Depends on the price there is different scales also how are you going to watch iptv.

Another factor to take in to account is what else you might want to use the box for a Mag box is fully component for IPTV but that is all it will do nothing more nothing less.

I have had firestick 1, firestick2, t95z box and now just bought a nvidia tv shield. The nvidia shield is very fast for iptv with my providers portal and using teatv. Now i bought the package on black friday when they dropped the price to £149.00 which included the games pad and a £10.00 steam voucher. The major surprise for me is the quality of the games controller and the games that are available. I've only played taken 2 and sonic racing but the graphics are great.

If it's just for iptv I would say mag box.

If you want to run a VPN then go for the nvidia

Mag box but depends if you like to have a play if so the Nvidia would be a good choice.

Nvidia Shield is currently £125 in Currys. If you are going to use it for gaming, either PC or Retro gaming then go for it. If you are only using it for IPTV and nothing else, then any other box will be just as good, the Shield is not going to improve the performance of your IPTV supplier.
