Newbie needing help best box for Vm
Vu duo 2x dvb-c t2 or a mutant hd2400 3x dvb-c t2 ?
Also what's the advantage of having 3x dvb-c over 2?

vu+ duo 2 is a lovely box, great tuners, looks good and runs xbmc smoothly too. Having three tuners is great if you record a lot, and stuff is on at the same time. there's probably a lot more I can do as I explore the box more so soon it'll be taking over as my media player too. must work out how to do the picons when i get some time

Both look like an excellent choice, as said three tuners will allow three recording at same time while watching a recording for example, whereas two will "only" allow 2, both will allow recording while watching another station and a useable series link. I am big fan of the Vu+ boxes, use the solo2 myself, I hope you mean the Duo2? As the Duo is too slow, duo2 different beast.

The more I look at them the more I'm swaying to the Duo2, might sell a solo2 and buy one now, thanks!! lol. Although don't think either are a bad choice, the speed of the Vu boxes just amaze me every time
