Best way to extend line into another room?

Right guys,

ive got a zgemma h2s with line in the living room and also have a firestick with kodi in the same room. Im wondering what is the best option to receive the same channels in another romm i.e bedroom. I have a quad lnb on my dish and currently only have 2 coax cables running to my living room zgemma box. Whats the best and easiest way to get channels to my bedroom? I also have a spare openbox v8s lying about the house

You can use VU+ plugin in kodi to link channels to your fire stick and put that in your rooms

Run another coax from the dish to the bedroom, and buy a pair of homeplugs
to get your internet feed to the room.
