Black screen after pressing pause

Any ideas as per the title why whenever I press pause the screen turns black until i press play again.

This done happen when the box first goes into timeshift mode. if you press pause, play then pause again, it should display the picture until you exit timeshift by press the stop button.

Thanks for the super speedy reply. This is really odd, i have a couple of different boxes setup and none display this behaviour.

Its not the skin. its a OE code problem. its been a problem with vix for a bit now. But all the images including ATV use the same timeshift code which is at fault.
