black screen h2h

help! biohead image, I've put line in via laptop, cant get any channels even free view signal is at best 29%

where can I look on box if line has been added?

29% is a flaw with the box, I have it as well. If you go into softcam panel and bring up your cams, if your connected your details will show underneath. If showing no ecm info then the line aint connected or its disabled

You need to connect to your receiver through your laptop using a program such as filezilla client

I can find the var/keys via laptop but do I still need to do this via FileZilla

You need to use filezilla to access your receiver, once in your receiver you need to go to Var/Keys and check what is in there.
It should contain your newcamd.list and mg-cam file.

Downloaded FileZilla started it but how do I find box?

My h2s was easy but getting line on mates h2h is a pain, never used FileZilla before no.

Hi, what did you do to overcome the blackscreen problem? I've just bought a H.2H, I've FPT'd the files across (same as my cloud ibox) black screen on every channel including FTA, SNR = 65%
