the area you are in makes NO DIFFERENCE. It is down to where your providers server is located, if it's in the effected datacenter then the chances are it's still down as OVH have not got to that server/rack yet.

Mine off, but got same server as PSH2580. It came back on for a few seconds, but no audio on HD channel

All hd down with my vermin ie sports movies etc, and couple of others, any one any ideas? Tried rebooting, restarting cam etc
