Blade 5000 and Blade 8000 connection problems

Hi all,

I had a Blade 5000 box which was running perfectly for over a year. All of a sudden it stopped working with no connection to the internet. I tried the Youtube app and received the same message. I thought the box was faulty so I bought a new one (Blade 8000) and that too is not receiving any connection to the internet. I've tried using both wired and wireless connection on the 5000 but still get no internet. Any ideas?

have you checked you're router, might not even be the box??

Yep, I can access the Internet from all other devices but I've rebooted the router just in case as well.

Turns out my homeplug was faulty. Still cant get wifi to work but works on ethernet after changing my homeplug

There should be a small reset switch on the Homeplug try that first.
