blade 5000 and scrambled channels

hi guys.
any ideas how to sort this box out ? im kinda missing my f5 box (never thought i'd ever say that!!) all my sky channels are showing scrambled service ive checked as much as i can think of, lines, connections, etc. ive done a sat search the only thing i cant access is blade online via the menu option is this the problem ?? every time i select blade online the box freezes and i have to reboot it any help would be hugely appreciated.

I thought I had done the first post wrong cos I couldnt find it then when I did I didn't know how to delete one thread that's why their both still on sorry
