blade 7000 newbie needs safe firmware

Hi all have had a blade combo running great with a nline for over a year. now now a friend wants his blade 7000s set up with a nline problem is I cant find a download site without loads of spam software sure i didnot have this last year, basicaly just need blade firmware with the 9991 menu that is safe I still have a zip of stb tool on my laptop any help welcome thanx
