Blade 7000 & Seagate USB 3.0 Drive

Hi All

I hope someone can assist me. I have recently bought a 2TB Seagate 3.0 USB drive and have hooked it up to my Blade 7000 box. The satellite box is not recognising the drive - does the drive need formatting prior to use? How can I get the satellite box to recognise the drive please?

These boxes do struggle to recognize big hard drives, you can format it via the box go to menu>utilities>disk management. There should be a option to format? your box should then recognize it, then you can do a performance test see if its running ok
