Hi,

Looking at buying one of these for myself and i can't seem to find the another to a few questions

1. if i buy this box brand new, what channels do i get if i change firmware as standard?

2. do i need to get premier ccam server to enter into this box?

3. is it easy to change from one premier providor to another?

any advise would be great before i go out and buy.

1) I believe you will get all the freesat channels:

2) Yes, server details are required to unscramble premium channels.

3) Yes, unlike the SV and KV, you are not locked down to one server and you can pick and chose a suitable premier provider whenever you want.
 
I received my box yesterday and it is now up and running, very easy to set up. I found it very easy due to all the info this site and the help of other members, all you need to do is use the guides and ask questions.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this.
 
looking at the blade media i saw a package on //DELETED BY ADMIN// at £194 99 wont alow me 2 post links looks like it has everything 2 get started i dont have a dish up as i am on cable package includes

  • Blade BM7000 HD / 3D receiver
  • 1.4 version HDMI cable
  • A High Gain satellite dish
  • Titanium Lnb, (0.1db + HD compatable)
  • Anchors + plugs
  • Galvanised Wall mount
  • 30m coax cable

any advice would be gratfull cheers
