Blade Media 7000s - Hidden Menu - 9991

I currently have S/W Version: 1.19 installed but am unable to access the menu via 9991. Any Ideas/suggestions?? Thanks

After installing several versions of firmware I have found the menu.
When trying to edit the server list I need to enter a pin. 0000 nor 9991 provide access.
Is there a new PIN number?

sounds like you need to do a factory reset, re install firmware. re scan for channels, channel 9991 hidden menu password is 9991 to edit cline info.
