After my last issue, you guys were fab, I got a 3 day test line and it worked a treat, in fact it worked for 3 weeks, however we have come back off holiday and its gone again, I have subscribed and got a new C-line, however I do not understand (or I am just thick)
Previously I have entered ID, passwords. des-key, address and ports.....
The info that I have been given now is just a sequence of numbers and letters as in............ abcde.123 0987fghijkl
All in a long line AND with spaces, where on earth do I put this information????
Please help me out again
