Blade online blank

A bit of help if you can please, i have a Blade 5000 for a long while but had to get a new C line, i have imputed this and all channels working fine, but when i click on Blade online to download a new channel list, its blank, do i need to reset or restore something to get this active again, i don't want to mess about as i have all channels at present, thanks in advance
 
Blade online goes down during updates, the EPG normally starts to work again a few days
after a channel list update, this is normal for a blade BM5000s
