I think it might be the actual data download that is not working from the sly that was not working. when it didn't work on my BM5000 it also didn't work on my BM7000 either.
I left it and tried it again the next day and it worked first time without me doing anything.
I am new to the Blade... Can this firmware be put any Blade 5000s? on eBay some guy is saying that you might brick it and it will go into reboot mode? A friend of mine has a Blade and I want one got a good address for lines ect just wanted to know were I can get a box and can any box be flashed.
yes but the July firmware is the latest one, Some people have had some issues regarding boot loop which can be fixed there is already a thread on it somewhere I think.
I'd read up everything about it on here and various other forums before you buy any receiver do your research
