hi can anyone help power went of in the house ,when it came back on my h2s did not start back up it runs through the reboot at start goes to 99 then back to 0 plus no picture on screen so can’t get into menu

try turning power off, unplug the usb stick and turn on, it may have got corrupted, if that doesn't fix it then a fresh flash is probably the best option as files on the box may have got corrupted by the sudden loss of power.

As grog said ,if it goes to 99 then back to 0 you need to reflash your box.
