I've got this box with the sucmnsee image (not sure what version) and when I play a recording and then increase the volume on my remote, the tv automatically appears to mute/lose any audio. The only way to return the audio is to restart the box from the back, which is frustrating.
Any ideas why this happens and how to resolve this?
