Box needs a hard reset

My miraclebox micro premium hd is frozen doesnt load up and i cant get into the menu..

Im going to have to hard reset it and start from scratch

Is there a guide that i can use that will tell me set by step how to do this and load openvix again with the latest image..

format usb stick fat32 file system
download this and put it on your usb stick
openatv 6.2
http://images.mynonpublic.com/openatv/6.2/index.php?open=mbmicro

pop it in back usb of your receiver and reboot it

yeah these boxes can be a little slow
my menu sometimes dont load properly i just reboot it
