Box stuck in start mode

Last night i went to update the image on my vu+ duo i made a back up then decided to delete it after deleting it box crashed and wont start again have tried re flashing turning off taking hdd out and usb nothing happens wont even give me a picture is ther anyone round this area that fancies giving me a hand its getting on my tits lol
