box stuck on boot when swtiched on

hi, was setting the box up and was sent a image put it to usb and attempted the flash but all that happened is that it says boot on front of box, no picture sound or any thing. tried to flash with another image but just the same.
any help please.

Download a low level format tool (like HDD guru) do the low level format
do a full windows format (not quick)
load image again when you put power on from back switch Keep power button on front on till you see flash

This caused me no end of headaches a few weeks back as could not get the box to reflash but doing the above sorted it - it seems when you initialise the usb to use on the box it damages the master boot record...the above restores it!

Use the low level format tool to FULL not quick format.
then with windows FULL not quick formatT.t.

Then copy the zgemma folder back onto usb and try again
