Satellite Box up and running but i have a few questions

Finally got there with setting this up (took a couple of hours!) but had it up and running for over a week now but i have the following questions

1. How do you do channel updates ?

2. does XBMC/KODI work everything I've tried doesn't work including koi direct

3. does the triax ti link work the same as the open boxes ?

4. Can you swap/move channels yourself ?

5. Picons work running ?

Probably got a few more but these should keep me busy :)

Have you set box from start or did you use a back up image

1/ If you press Menu ,set up ,Service searching, Autobouquet maker , Configure , You can set time for it to auto update Daily Mine is set for 5am so does it when still in bed
2/Some Kodi works It all depends on your broadband provider (some block Kodi and have to change security settings in router )
3/ yes
4/Yes you can hide as well ,all depends on image
5/ Have a look in plugins

i used Zgemma star 2s Vix hades 014 sucmnsee Backup 28.06.2015

kodi just doesn't work in the slightest for me

any idea where i can swap channels using the above ?

and same with picons ? which to use etc
