C line and a reflash

C line and a reflash/backup

I'm just wondering if for any reason I had to do a reflash of sucmnsee image, would I simply be able to re-enter the same c line that I have been using. If not then what steps do I have to take. Is there a step by step guide on how to do a full back up. It will only be used on the same box

Always keep a copy of your line seperately anyway. For backing up your image follow Sucmnsee's steps in post 4 of this link

When you say I should always have a copy of my line, do you mean the original code my provider sent to me?

It was sent to me by a text message. If I had that message saved would that be okay.

To enter he line back into any image best bet is to ftp your CCcam.cfg or your pair of mg_cfg and newcamd.list to desktop folder.
Then anytime you need you can ftp them back in in 10 secs :)
