C line question

Just got new c line for my daughter, question is can I set up her box at my IP address to make sure it all works fine, then let her take it home to use at her IP address , seller says can only use at one IP address but would this be allowed. Cheers

that will be fine its only if the same line is used in more than 1 ip addess

Always worth letting your provider know what your doing as well just to keep them in the loop.

Had a simular question but what if you don't have a static ip? Maybe a silly question!

it does not matter if your ip changes every day mate
your line will only show 1 ip
unless you you are sharing that line with some one with different ip
