hi skyla20 thanks for your help the only problem is a slow chnl change on some on 13e from time to time i use a pay as u go dongle on laptop so it may be that otherwise very good

It could be a few thing personally i think using a dongle is not a good idea as if can cause really bad viewing give your box a refresh but to be honest i have heard a few peoplehave issues when using a dongle on there box. Either hard wiring via ethernet or use home plugs with a router.
