Can some one point me in the right direction of decent cable and a 3 way splitter as I need to put a box in another room so need to run cabling from the brown box to the room which is about 20 metres in total

please be aware that extending VM cable this far often results in signal loss and you may need a HDU rather than a conventional 3 way splitter

I'd use good quality cable rather than cheapo stuff, this is decent quality and not a bad price for 20m

check that you actually need that length because if you can get away with 10 or 15m you may not need a HDU, the shorter run the better

I wouldn't get that cable pablo linked to
its CCS = copper covered steel
get solid copper cable
CT100 or WF100 seems to be the best about

if you are going to use CCS or CCA cable you are just asking for trouble,
