Cable EPG HELP!!!

Hi all, I am currently running Blackhole 2.1.7 on a vu uno, With cable, I am struggling to get the full EPG to download. I have tried Rytec Virgin UK. also tried epg refresh but not sure how to setup with blackhole image. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have been told that but don't really like VIX image so was wondering if there is a way round it using blackhole
