Is there any way that I can organise my cable epg as it is just in a channel list at the moment and you have to scroll through for ages to find the channel you want?
I use Openvix as my image, I find the best and quickest way for me to surf through the epg is to not go into the graphical epg (the main one), I just press up on the remote to bring up the channel list (you can also flick through different bouquets from here), and whatever channel is highlighted just press the epg button and you have a list of the programs for that channel, for me its much quicker than using the main epg, you can set timers etc from here also.
Much better way I find, I very rarely look at the main graphical epg now.
