Forget AutoBouquetsMaker for the time being. Do the following for now.
Make sure the power switch is still off.
Set your tuner configuration for both the Cable tuners to the following:
Network ID: 00000
Country: UK
Region: Virgin media UK (all systems)

Go into manual scan
Select a cable tuner
Type of scan : complete
Network scan : yes
Then scan.

Ive only got 1 cable tuner but Im giving it a go. took a few minutes to get through, but still no channels found

do you have another service from VM? - broadband?
go to menu>setup>service searching>autobouquetsmaker>update config files then perform a scan
lots of people are in the same boat

you're using an outdated build, you probably need to flash the box with openatv6.2 and add either infinity or freerange from downloads section

is that what is giving me no signal then as it was working fine but now nothing even if i use an old backup it still says tune failed

when you use abm3.1, it'll scan for channels and everything will work again

i use openvix to be honest so can i not just delete abm and install a newer version

you can try it, but last time I told someone to do this, they removed autobouquetsmaker 2.8 from plugins, then when they went to download the newer version, there was no version at all in the list of downloadable plugins :oops:
they were using openatv though, so it's up to you
