hi guys had twin cable tuner couple weeks ago took out the single tuner put in twin cable tuner did fresh scan on cable only tuned in half of the channels mostly hd ones few sd ones brought back the twin tuner and got replaced thinking it faulty put second twin tuner in same problem am i doing something wrong im tuning it same way i tuned the single one thanks

shouldn't make too much of a difference just double check all your cables to make sure they're all tight and not lose. I had two single tuners originally and swapped one for a twin to give me three and all ok. Could be a signal issue may be too strong or too weak.

i would imagine any time new tuner is stuck in it has to be setup from scratch,including qams and netids.
