Cam issue

Hi. Currently using h2h on virmin with grog build. Noticed that my channels have gone and my line is not showing in soft cam panel. I have removed the line and ftp again. Tried to restart the cam but it is still not showing. Does this mean there is an issue with my line provider or can anyone help

How do I check the outage. Been looking through the threads but cannot find it

I've checked on there. Showing one issue but don't think that it should cause all channels to go. The broadband is working fine

What cam are you using. Have you restarted it

Yeah still doesn't work

maybe try the other cam if you have a other installed or reinstall current cam if it has become corrupt

Are you on a premium channel when checking the cam as no info will be displayed of on a fta channel?

have you checked the box is connected to internet? open the iptv player plugin and try and stream something, or update the plugin if prompted
