Can anyone help me please?

Evening. Thought I'd have a late night go. Sadly,despite following instructions to the letter and the box causing the USB to illuminate, incidentally it's a USB 3.0 8gb so I tried front and rear slots, the box is resolutely stuck on boot. Really no sign of any developments at all.

Thanks for trying to help, all I can hope for now is that my installer will drop by at some point. In the meantime it's back to the old sky Hd box and using a family member's Sky Go kindly lent to me.
 
Tried a 2nd stick,nada. Boot ain't for turning!! As Clint said a man's got to know his limitations and boy have I found mine!
 
LOL. Like I said,I had to try 3 different stick before mine would flash. Put USB in laptop/pc then click quick format,once done drag file onto USB then box off,USB in back of box,box on and hopefully flash. Try a few different usb's
