Had issues for ages whereby I cannot find vertical channels, I've replaced the coaxial cable and made a fresh and still have same issue it could be the lnb on the dish however it used to work completely fine until I stopped using it for a while then I moved my cables around and perhaps I might be using a different kettle plug or something from maybe my computer and the computers using the one for the box I'm not sure, suppose it wouldn't hurt to switch them to see. Does the power input interfere with signal??
Can power input of a box affect signal??

A new Quad LNB is only about £10 and they are easy to swap so it may be worth you doing that
