Hi all,
Just moved house and now when I try to plug my printer in to my laptop or PC it will not work.
Sometimes it says it's Offline and I can't make it go online, and other times - like now - it looks like it's all working and installed correctly but when I try to print Windows gives me an error that just says the printer is in error mode.
The troubleshooting in Windows and on the Canon website doesn't help.
I've tried installing new drivers.
I need this for uni and can't afford to go buying a new one that might do the same thing so any help would be appreciated.
