Can't get on Xbox live

Hi can anyone help me I have sky and my Xbox will not connect to live any help please...

you may need to allow the conection in your router settings

Go to settings and then network and click test connection if that doesn't work then turn your router on and off and try again, if that doesn't work you may want to try and install your router again, hope that helps

• these are the ports u need to open google how to port forward youtube good and use these ports
