Cant install Grogbuild on my H2H

Any help appreciated, Ive downloaded Grogbuild onto a memory stick which has been formatted , changed the file name from notforce to force. put memory stick in the back of my zgemma h2h and switched it on , but it still loads my old version of Vix with an error message . any ideas where I'm going wrong? thanks in advance
 
are you using front or back usb port? I've found the back works better.

When you turn the box on does the display on the front of the box go straight to boot or does it flash USB/Update?

Did you put the zgemma folder on the usb stick or just it's contents?
 
Thanks for the quick reply guys Ive got it sorted now. I formatted the stick with Willo's Formatting software but I think where I was going wrong was when I switched it on at the back it went straight into boot mode. I didn't realise if you press the silver button on the front when it starts to boot the display changes from boot to Flash . First impression looks good grog68 I just need to put a new line in at the weekend to see if I've managed to get rid of the AD
