can't load now 91 onto mp3 player

I'm busy putting some music onto my grandaughters phillips vibe mp3 player using the copy and paste method, the problem i have is the now music albums, they copy and paste on to the mp3 player but when she looks for them to play they aren't there. Anyone any ideas. When i connect it back to the computer the Now albums show up. Anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance
 
It depends which format the audio files are saved as and what is recognised on your phillips mp3 player, which files are they, and what's the model number of your device?
 
they are mp3 files grandaughter has taken the player away with her. i managed to get side one on by opening the cd folder and copying them as individual files
