Cant upgrade firmware, getting "Check crc error" Update Failed

New to this box so be kind?


I have downloaded 2 different firmwares from here and blade site but getting same error when loading from stick?

ACTION UPDATE FAIL, PRESS EXIT
STATUS CHECK CRC ERROR
PROGRESS 0%


Any suggestions?
