Catagories tab on sky q

I cant get catagories on my sky q eg movies sports etc all i get is all chanells. it was the same on blue hd build

i think once you press epg and get channels. press menu, then theres a option for showing bouquet on launch, switch this to yes then exit and you should get "categories" you are after.
hope this is what you mean.
