second - give your titles say what you want help with
Third - what box do you have
fourth - what have you done to try rectify it
fifth - is your broadband okay
sixth - have you tried to contact your supplier to see if there is a problem his end
seventh - give as much info as you can, then we can try to help you out
 
What was the problem and solution in case someone else has the same problem?
