CCCam help

I know that n lines and c lines basically do the same thing but n lines are more reliable but can someone tell me what is OSCAM and is using a n line exact same process & programmes as installing a c line or is there seperate programmes and methods to install the n line?

they use the mgcam procotrol

example of a line below:

CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000

For using n line do I download CCCam plugin onto my VU solo? Or is there some sort of n cam plugin?
