Changing ITV to regional

Hi All i have a S*ybox f5s is there any way i could change my ITV hd London setting/Frequency to the Granada hd setting instead of having to go into regional and finding it there..

i think it is in the all channels list on those boxes. cannot remember it has been so long since i used the skybox.
