channel change problems

hello just a quick one if we are watching freeview than go up the menu to watch 301 say it comes up blank
i than have to go up to say 302 than back to 301 and keep doing this until it starts is it just finding the singel again
thats way it is blank to start ??

You need to put information so people can better understand your problem.
Which box are you running and what firmware version.
What kind of line and cam are you using ?
Basic information like this is always a good idea to get the maximum response.

sorry the box is zgemma h2s on wooshbuild v5 using a n line if we are watching normal tv than go to sky movies the screen is blank have to go
up and down the channels until it comes on showing the film etc any ideas as to why this happens
