Channel edit using Cwaite

Hello all can someone help me with this question basically my wife is moaning we have not got the correct ITV region on good channel number 103 it is pre set London region so she moans she cant see the weather when its on for our region meridian south.

Is it hassle to change if not could some one please explain im using a v8s box too.
