Channel names showing as 'Unknown'

Some channels on my EPG are showing as 'Unknown'. The one highlighted in the screenshot below is ITV HD but not looked at any of the others. How can I get it to show the correct channel names please. The steps I've gone through to setup the box are below.

1. Factory reset of the box so everything was set to the defaults. I did the initial setup again as prompted, HDMI, 1080p, 50hz, English (UK), Used the wizard to setup internet LAN connection, setup tuners A & B in simple mode not changing any settings from the defaults & chose not to run the service scan, I’ll do it later.
2. Changed the EPG location to /media/hdd.
3. Configured CrossEPG to download Once a Day.
4. Configured ABM to run a schedule scan.
5. Configured ABM Provider as FreeSat UK England HD N West Granada.
6. Started the scan.
7. Still getting 'Unknown' as channel names.

On another note, BBC One HD seems to have no audio but SD does. Only channel I have found this issue with so far.

I have this now and again, usually fixes itself changing channel and going back to it.

I've deleted the data and re-scanned a number of times and it's always the same channels with show as 'Unknown'

it looks like autoboquets are wrong bbc 1 bbc 2 itv channels 4 then 5 never seen like yours b4 once she watched tv show i will sceenshot option i got

Do you have the next part of the configure settings please?

The links show on the PC just not on Tapatalk. When you select the link to be copied and pasted, is there an option for 'bbcode'? It'll wrap the link in

[IMG][/IMG]

tags so it automatically displays without needing to be clicked [emoji1360]

I've changed my provider from FreeSat UK to Sky UK and all seems to be fine now. Also sorted my sound issue too [emoji1360]
