It's not a major problem just puzzleing that I can't get my head round it.
I've set up a Star 2S for my father in law at my house, installed the line etc, run it here for a couple of days.....perfect , no problems at all. Set it up at my Father in laws and all was well for a day or so then he's on the phone to me saying that the channel numbering has gone up the swanney. What he meant was when he accesses the epg then, for instance, goes to documentaries, Discovery channel it's channel number is 1269 instead of 520! Like I said it's not a major problem but he likes things just right. I've re.scanned ABM, just the same. The only other thing I can think of that could have changed is that I believe recently that Sly have changed something related to their frequencies so possibly a Full Auto scan followed by ABM scan as Sucumnsee suggested in another thread.
Just wanted someone else's opinion before I did any more tinkering.
