channel voiceover for a blind person how to turn it off?

hi guys I don't know how but when I have some channels on theres an voiceover describing whats happening like for a blind person don't know if it was a button the remote I pressed but its annoying me and I cant find how to turn it off I know one of the channels was sky1

Press the audio button on the remote, and select the 2nd stream and it will switch this off

No. It will come back.

Happens quite a lot but only on certain channels - particularly the Disney kids channels

Really? Will have to find that as it drives the kids mad.

Audio > auto language selection and change prefer ac3 track to yes

dont think that works as thats what my solo2 is on and every now and again need to change audio stream.

That was already set on my box and I still get the audio description stuff occasionally
