Channels blank help required

Hi all
Using Zgemmah2h with open atv 6.0
Last night my extra channels all went black. Tried to restart cam no joy.
Could not get hold of server so assumed he'd done one, been with him 10 months with no probs.
So requested a test line this morning from new server. FTP to box no prob but still all black, just got channels 1-5. Restarted cam but nothing. ran network test all green ticks.
Any suggestions appreciated, cheers
