OK,

Set up a zgemma2 today (well just now) and can't get the line to clear on it.

have started the cam etc. and loaded the files exactly as I've done on my own box (Zgemma1)

newcamd.list
mg_cfg

plopped them in USR / Keys.....

Any ideas?

Is your line a n line or a c line?
how many lines do you have? one cable & one Sat?
you dont have to edit the mg_cfg file.

you have to edit the newcamd.list file if you have a n line.

there should be 2 lines in the newcamd.list.
First line Cable
Second line Sat
make it look like this but obviously with your details.
CWS = vm.server.com 12000 user-10980 168248 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
CWS = tv.server.com 10100 user-7321 1285612 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

If you have a C line then go to: etc > CCcam.cfg edit that and put your c line in there.

Of course choosing what cam you want by going menu > setup > softcam / CI > softcam Manager, mgcamd for n line, CCcam for c line.

Hope that explains everything

connected to the net etc. all fine....

The line(s) is from my box that works....... just copied it to his......re-started mgcam etc...

so network test is all green?are you using a different mg_cfg file,there is one to use in downloads if needed.
is the line for 1 tuner/box only and not multiroom ?

yeah all green.

Nope it's the same mg_cfg file etc. that's clearing on my other box......

Copied his over to my box and it won't run.......

if he's connected to the net at the same time and his box is trying would the line work still on mine with his details...?

forget i asked that about the line...lol

no matter what we do it'll only find the freeview channels...
