Channels freezing in only some menu sections

Just wondering if someone could help me with this issue. If I go to a channel via the EPG, say I go to the Entertainment section and select ITV, the channel will freeze very often. However, if I then go to the same channel from the All Channels menu, it works just fine. I'm usually doing this by pressing up on the remote, pressing red to show all channels and then selecting a different version of the same channel.

How do in fix this so that it's the same whatever EPG menu section I am on?
